Richard Branson’s Sydney interview

by admin on September 23, 2010

I had the good fortune of attending a seminar called Ultimate Success Summit in two weekends ago. I went to hear two people in particular. One was Anthony Robbins, a man I’ve admired for a long time but never seen in person. He was the great athlete of the speaking stage. He spoke for 4 hours without a single sip of water and without losing the rapt attention of the audience for a moment.

The other was Richard Branson. But Branson was scheduled as the final speaker and I had to leave before he came onstage, to hear my piano pieces being played at the Sydney Chamber Music Festival. I resigned myself to not being able to hear him speak. But as it turns out, a Facebook friend of mine recorded the interview. It was probably illegal, but I figured if I shared it in the spirit of giving value back to Branson as well as the organizers Empowernet, no one would overly object.

So here they are. Being bootleg, the audio quality isn’t great, but Branson’s message, wit and playfulness are crystal clear.
